STRATEGIC CFO
Great companies don’t fail because of bad products.
They fail because the people building them and the people who need to say yes can’t get on the same page.I work alongside founders, boards, and investors to build the strategy, tell the right story, and navigate the room, so the best ideas get the outcomes they deserve.
Investor Readiness & Capital Narrative – Your story, financials, valuation, and data room need to withstand investor scrutiny and accelerate due diligence. I make sure they do.Deal Structuring & Negotiation – Fundraising, M&A, partnerships, joint ventures, and licensing deals structured with clear financial rationale and terms that hold up under pressure.Corporate Development – On-demand deal lead from initial interest, through negotiation, to closing. I manage the process and the stakeholders.Fractional CFO & Strategic Finance – Ongoing financial leadership for growth-stage companies navigating fundraising, partnerships, and scaling, without the overhead of a full-time hire.Partnership & Growth Strategy – Identifying, structuring, and negotiating the strategic relationships that unlock new markets, revenue streams, and competitive advantages.AI Business Case Development – Turning AI initiatives into strategies investors and boards take seriously, with quantified ROI and clear integration paths.

Operator and Advisor – I’ve been inside companies making the decisions and outside as the advisor helping founders, funds, and family offices navigate theirs. What actually derails high-stakes outcomes is miscommunication, misaligned incentives, and ego. I manage the dynamics in the room so what's important stays important.Global, Cross-Industry Lens – I’ve worked across numerous industries in various continents. Patterns from one industry/region often solve problems in another.Hands-On, Not Delegated – I take a small number of engagements at a time. If we work together, I’m the one in the room, on the call, and in the model.
Strategic Reviews – Focused assessments when you need clarity fast. I evaluate pitch materials, deal terms, or financing strategy and deliver actionable recommendations. Best for organisations facing a specific decision point.
Hourly or fixed fee.Project Advisory – Hands-on support for defined initiatives with clear endpoints. Fundraise preparation, partnership structuring, or M&A target screening. Best for teams with a known objective and a timeline to hit.
