Led By Experience

Guud is led by Ka-Wai, a finance and strategy professional with global experience across tech, media, and investments. He began his career in strategy consulting before helping to launch a social venture fund in Peru. He then transitioned into media-focused banking and senior management roles at Lionsgate and Sony Pictures. As a fractional CFO, he has advised startups, studios, and investors on fundraising, growth strategy, deal structuring, and content financing. Ka-Wai holds a degree in Engineering, Economics & Management from Oxford and an MBA from UCLA Anderson.
